Physics is a practical subject hence the curriculum of class 12 physics is divided into theory and practical exam.  To find out the resistance per cm by plotting for potential difference VS current.
 To identify the resistance of the given wire using the meter bridge.
 To prove the laws of combination (series) of resistances using a meter bridge.

 To match the EMF of two given primary cells using a potentiometer.
 To determine the internal resistance of a given primary cell using a potentiometer.
 >To determine the resistance of a galvanometer by the halfdeflection method and to find its figure of merit.
 To convert the given galvanometer (of known resistance and figure of merit) into a voltmeter of the desired range and to verify the same.
